Welcome to Multidimensional Thriving
Join me, Seth Kaufmann, to explore the insights, practices, and systems that help you holistically thrive in today’s rapidly shifting world.

Hi, I’m Seth Kaufmann. For over 20 years, I’ve been helping people reconnect with their fullest potential. I started as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for professional athletes, one of the first to blend yoga and meditation into performance training. Over the years, my work has evolved to support Fortune 100 CEOs, MLB Hall of Famers, Olympians, entire families, and clients who’ve become lifelong friends. Since becoming a father, nearly all of my work is remote which means I get to connect with and support people around the world. If you’re ever interested in working together, don’t hesitate to reach out.
I’m passionate about leading a deeply meaningful life (just spend five minutes with my wife
, and you’ll see what I mean). And I bring that same energy to supporting my clients in creating lives that are rich in purpose, resilience, joy, and true strength and wellbeing.Performance is just one piece of the puzzle. My work has always been about something deeper: helping people reconnect with their bodies, align with their most inspiring visions, and live in ways that feel intentional and alive.
Through a multidimensional approach rooted in somatics, depth psychology, systems thinking, and nervous system wisdom, I help people uncover and repattern the unseen habits that shape how they move, feel, and thrive. This work isn’t about “fixing” yourself—it’s about discovering your inherent wholeness and expanding into a life that feels aligned and regenerative.
My skepticism of anything that claims to be “the way“ to a better life, combined with my thirst for continuous learning has led me to become a student and qualified practitioner of many different paths, which I synthesize into my life, my client work, and now here in my writing to bring it to you in as digestible and useful a format as possible.
Over the years, I’ve pursued advanced studies in Interspiritual Seminary, Tibetan Buddhist Tantra, and metaphysics. These disciplines gave me a profound understanding of the subtle energy body, sacred sexuality, and the interconnected systems that influence our lives. I’m a certified sexologist, a Trauma of Money practitioner, and am continuously studying how the nervous system relates to not only all of the systems of our bodies, but the systems of our culture, our biosphere, and our place within the cosmos. Today, I bring all of this together into trauma-informed frameworks to help people not only perform at their best but feel deeply connected to the purpose and relationships that make life meaningful.
I believe in a world where everyone can thrive—a future grounded in integrity, compassion, and possibility. But this transformation starts within.
This space, Multidimensional Thriving, is where I share insights, tools, and perspectives that I’ve developed over years of working with clients and teaching around the world. Social media isn’t designed for the depth and nuance that these conversations deserve, so think of this as the antidote—a place where we can slow down, reflect, and explore the deeper questions that matter:
What does it mean to truly thrive? How do we navigate a fragmented world? And how can we create futures that are regenerative—not just for ourselves, but for the systems and communities we’re part of?
This isn’t just a space for my ideas—it’s a space for dialogue. I want to hear your reflections, questions, and challenges because your voice helps shape what we create here. Together, we’ll rethink what it means to live a connected, intentional, and multidimensional life.
If this resonates with you, I’d love for you to join the conversation.

Why This Matters
We’re living in a time of profound complexity and disconnection. Our industries, systems, and even our personal lives often feel fragmented, pulling us in a hundred different directions. It’s easy to lose sight of what really matters—to get caught up in doing more, achieving more, or just keeping up.
But thriving isn’t about doing more. It’s about aligning with your deeper values, reclaiming your energy, and creating systems—both internal and external—that sustain and uplift you and the people you care for.
When we do this work, it doesn’t just transform our own lives. It ripples out. It shapes our relationships, our communities, and the futures we’re building together. That’s why this matters—because thriving isn’t just personal. It’s collective.
What to Expect
Here’s how this space works: Every week (or sometimes more, when inspiration strikes), I’ll share a post diving into an idea, question, or practice that’s at the heart of Multidimensional Thriving. Some posts will be deeply reflective. Others will be packed with tools you can apply to your life right away. All of them are designed to challenge, expand, and empower you.
And I want to hear from you, too. Whether it’s a reaction to something I’ve shared or a new idea you’re wrestling with, your thoughts and questions help shape this space.
I believe that thriving isn’t just a luxury—it’s a necessity.
It’s what allows us to meet the challenges of today with courage and clarity, to show up fully in our relationships, and to build futures that truly reflect our values.
This space is an invitation to explore what’s possible, to dive deeper than the surface, and to co-create a new way forward. I’m so glad you’re here.
🖖✨🐌,
Seth!
